By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Place Order" button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order via email. The purchase contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are final prices and include applicable VAT. Shipping is free on all orders. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

Payment is due at the time of order. The amount will be charged to your selected payment method upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery

We ship to addresses within the European Union and selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times are 5-10 business days within the EU. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

5. Right of Withdrawal

7. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, you are entitled to have the defect remedied (repair or replacement). If the remedy fails, you may reduce the price or withdraw from the contract. Our liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
